End of Tenancy

If you have a rental property that’s letted out, often tenants contaminate the bins and the council refuse to clear them. I offer a service where I go to the property and remove all the “contaminated” waste/items and remove excess waste so that the tenants still have space to fill until the next collection date. 

 

We also offer regular maintenance for bin stores as this is a common issue we face with contaminated bins and people dumping their unwanted items inside.
